Brief Facts of the Case –
In This matter, the FIR lodged on 16.03.2020 at Police Station Kumarganj, District Faizabad/Ayodhya against 10 persons of Ani Bullian Industries Pvt. Ltd. which was involved in the crime of 1 core 90 lakh 90 thousand rupees in which the company denied to repay the amount and threatening them by saying that they have good strong connections with the government and It was also alleged that some forge bond papers and cheques were given to the victims .

Applicant was the real brother of Director Ajeet Kumar Gupta who was the director of “Anee Bullion Group of Companies”

Our Submissions and Court’s finding in favour of our client / Conclusion –
We gave our best while arguing for our client. Later on Hon’ble court considered the facts that even though the matter is serious but the applicant was already granted bail in the section 420, 419, 506, 504, 467, 468, 471, 406 IPC. These sections were added in Case No. 62 of 2020 i.e. 409 and 120b IPC on the same terms and conditions which was indicated in the order dated 13.07.2023. Therefore, Hon’ble Court granted bail to the applicant.
